Open Sandwiches
Fire up the BBQ and serve up these moreish steak sandwiches. They are the
perfect way to wow the ones you love, on the table in under 30 minutes.

Method
600g sirloin / porterhouse steak,
room temperature
4 slices of crusty bread
of your choice
⅓ cup Aioli
2 cups Mediterranean Rocket
2 tomatoes, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced

olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grill the steak
over medium high heat until cooked to your liking; we
cook ours for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Set aside to rest.
