1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda

Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbs Cocoa
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vinegar

InstructionsPreheat oven 200°C.

Preheat oven 200°C.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper
muffin liners.

In a bowl combine flour sugar,
baking powder & salt. Sift in
baking soda and cocoa.

Combine milk with vinegar.
Whisk egg, add milk, oil &
vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to dry
& stir to combine. Fold in the
chocolate chips and raisins.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake in oven until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out
clean, about 20 minutes.

Cool.
Decorate: To create your Xmas
Muffins, be creative. We used
white icing, chocolate icing,
Sun-Maid Raisins & pretzels.
