How to cook
brisket in the
slow cooker
1. Sear both sides of the brisket in a piping
hot cast iron pan. The meat should
release naturally from the pan when it’s
ready.
2. Place the brisket in the slow cooker
and cover with liquid. The liquid can
be anything from beef stock to tinned
tomatoes.
