Nassau Valley Daisy
Serves 1
50ml Appleton Estate Signature
pack with ice and shake hard
Blend Rum
for around 10 seconds. Strain
30ml fresh lime juice
10ml liquid honey
1 dash Angostura bitters
ginger cake or gingerbread man,
to garnish
into a ceramic cup.
Cut the ginger cake into a cube
that fits into the ceramic cup
and toast lightly to warm with
a brülée torch or similar. Use to
garnish the Daisy.
Place the rum, lime, honey and
bitters in a shaker tin or jam jar,
