The annual Health 2000 National Surf
Championships took place in Dunedin
last month, kicking off 2020 in style.
With over 280 entries to this New
Zealand event, plus surfing's debut in
the Tokyo Olympics later this year, it's
a sport that continues to get more and
more popular- and for good reason!
Apart from being super fun, surfing
can also help to improve your balance,
flexibility, and stamina while helping you
feel happier and energetic. Summer
is the perfect time to try something
new, so why not rent a board and get
out for some fun exercise on the waves?
THREE TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY ON THE WAVES
