It offers a healthy take on traditional muffins. They are simple to pop in your lunchbox for a healthy yet tasty treat! Time to make: 30 minutes Serves: 8 muffins Time to prepare: 5 minutes Time to cook: 1 hour INGREDIENTS 500g raw sunflower seeds 500g raw pumpkin seeds 4 tbsp raw sesame seeds 100ml tamari sauce (or soya sauce) 4 tsp Lifestream Natural B Complex 2 tsp ground ginger DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 150°C (not higher) INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray. Combine flax meal and water in a small bowl, then set aside. 3 tbsp water all ingredients together in a bowl until all the seeds are coated and look wet.
