2 large scoops of Lemon gelato
45ml Cinzano Prosecco
30ml Limoncello
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a
mixing bowl, whisk until smooth
2. Pour into a wine glass
3. Garnish with a spring of mint or
lemon zest

Ingredients:
40ml Rose petal infused Tanqueray gin
20ml Crème de cacao
10ml Lemon juice
5ml Rose water
10ml Vanilla syrup
Egg White
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a
cocktail shaker, add ice and shake
2. Strain the liquor into another shaker
and the dry shake without ice
3. Double strain into a chilled
coupe glass
4. Garnish with candy floss and a
dusting of pistachio

30ml Espresso
Dash of Vanilla syrup
1 tsp peanut butter
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a
cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake hard
3. Double strain into a chilled
martini glass

Watermelon & Chilli Margarita
15ml Agave Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
2 thin slices of jalapeño rounds
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Garnish rocks glass with a chilli-salt rim
3. Add ice and briefly shake
4. Strain into a rocks glass, top with fresh ice
5. Garnish with a watermelon wedge
