LARGE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS Some large and oversized items have an additional freight charge. If an item has a delivery icon it is subject to an extra delivery charge. EziBuy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. 28 ORDERING AND CUSTOMER SERVICES RETURNS/REORDERS-WHAT TO DO: With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can return items to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt (excludes personalised gifts, Outlet styles, earrings, and Beauty Products, unless faulty - see website for details). Turn the parcel bag inside out and affix the supplied EziReturns postage sticker (already pre-printed with a return address) to your parcel, and pop in the post. There's no need to pay for additional postage. When we receive your EziReturns parcel we will record your use of the EziReturns sticker and deduct a postage fee of $9.95 from your refund. Please allow 5-7 working days from the time you post your parcel for a refund to be processed by the bank. If you are placing a reorder we will change your refund or additional charge to reflect the postage fee. If you are exchanging one item for another of the same value you can either use the EziReturns sticker and we will place a charge on your customer account to be paid next time you place an order or; Affix postage on your parcel with the pre-printed return address label from your invoice or; • Return your parcel to one of our retail stores in Mt Wellington, Albany, Palmerston North, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch. If you are returning an item for exchange (the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you will not be charged delivery of your replacement article. PERSONALISED GIFTS Delivery is within 12-14 working days on these items to allow us time to personalise your gift. If your order contains both personalised gifts as well as other order items you will be charged $9.95 postage for your personalised items and an additional $9.95 for the rest of your items.
