card used is valid. Once the credit card has been checked the $0.05
charge will be removed by your bank.
STANDARD DELIVERY Delivery within 5 working days from receipt of
payment. Please note - for large and oversized items, please allow up to
5-7 working days.
DELIVERY CHARGES All standard orders please add $9.95. All
orders of $200 or more (after discounts have been applied) will receive
complimentary free standard delivery. Delivery offer excludes NEXT,
Personalised Gifts, Gift Cards, Top Ups, International Orders and extra
costs associated with delivery of large and oversized items.
CLICK & COLLECT Click and Collect is a convenient delivery option,
where you can choose to pick up your order from any EziBuy store for free.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery to store.
LARGE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS Some large and oversized
items have an additional freight charge. If an item has a delivery
icon it is subject to an extra delivery charge. Note: oversized
items cannot be delivered to a PO Box or private bag address.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance. Please note,
delivery times are an approximate.
Our Customer Service Representative will advise you of the anticipated
delivery date when placing an order over the phone. If the customs value
of your order exceeds $1,000, you should be aware that the Australian
Customs Act requires that the goods ordered by you be entered for home
consumption by the lodgement of an import declaration at the time of
importation. By signing this order you authorise EziBuy Limited or EziBuy
International Limited to arrange with third parties to act on your behalf in
the lodgement of an import declaration for the goods ordered by you and
the facilitation of their delivery to you.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please
return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will
replace it or refund the purchase price using the method in which you
originally paid (excludes personalised gifts, outlet styles, earrings, and
Fragrance Gift Sets, unless faulty - see our website for details). If you do
receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us free on
0508 500 500 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it would
be appreciated if you would launder it prior to returning it to us.

RETURNS/REORDERS-WHAT TO DO: With our 100% satisfaction guarantee,
you can return items to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt (excludes
personalised gifts, Outlet styles, earrings, and Beauty Products, unless faulty -
see website for details). Turn the parcel bag inside out and affix the supplied
EziReturns postage sticker (already pre-printed with a return address) to your
parcel, and pop in the post. There's no need to pay for additional postage. When
we receive your EziReturns parcel we will record your use of the EziReturns sticker
and deduct a postage fee of $9.95 from your refund. Please allow
5-7 working days from the time you post your parcel for a refund to be processed
by the bank. If you are placing a reorder we will change your refund or additional
charge to reflect the postage fee. If you are exchanging one item for another of the
same value you can either use the EziReturns sticker and we will place a charge on
your customer account to be paid next time you place an order or; Affix postage
on your parcel with the pre-printed return address label from your invoice or; •
Return your parcel to one of our retail stores in Mt Wellington, Albany, Palmerston
North, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch. If you are returning an item for
exchange (the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you will
not be charged delivery of your replacement article. All other return/reorders will be
charged the standard rate delivery. We recommend you call us to place a reorder.
If you wish to return an oversized item, please call us on 0508 500 500 in the first
instance. Returned articles are insured by EziBuy against damage or loss.
Delivery is within 12-14 working days on these items to allow us time to personalise
your gift. If you have only personalised gifts in your order you will be charged one
$9.95 delivery fee only. If your order contains both personalised gifts as well as
other order items you will be charged $9.95 postage for your personalised items
and an additional $9.95 for the rest of your items. Our usual returns policy does
not apply to personalised products, so please check all details carefully before
ordering. Products will be produced exactly as you have stated including treatment
of upper and lower cases. Any errors in personalisation details on your part will
be your responsibility, and the personalised product cannot be returned to EziBuy
for replacement or refund. If personalised products are faulty, we will meet our
obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. For further

SUPPLIER AND PRICING
Products will be supplied by EziBuy Limited. Some products sold by EziBuy
Limited are not stocked in New Zealand and as such EziBuy Limited will require
additional time to deliver these products. These items should arrive within 10-20
working days (exclusions apply) after placing an order, you will receive an email
acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming which company will be the
supplier. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order
constitutes an offer to the supplier to buy the product. All orders are subject to
acceptance by the supplier, and the supplier will confirm such acceptance by
sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The
contract between the supplier and you will only be formed at that time.
GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Gift Cards are redeemable for
merchandise sold by EziBuy. They are not returnable or redeemable for cash.
The minimum value is $10 and the maximum value is $300. Gift Cards cannot
be replaced and we are not responsible for any Gift Card that may be lost,
stolen or damaged. Gift Cards are valid only in the country of purchase. To
check a balance visit our website, call us or TXT your 16 digit Card Number
(no spaces/hyphens) followed by a space and your 4 digit Access Number
to 4111. TXT enquiries will incur a charge of $0.50. Our usual returns policy
applies to purchases using your Gift Card. Where you have used both a Gift
Card and another payment method in a single transaction, any refund will be
